Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all orders over A$500 within Australia. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of A$15 applies. Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days depending on destination.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes applicable in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable by AUS DMG.
