Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie, swimwear, or personalised or final-sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

Email decorbett1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange for another size or colour, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we will replace or fully refund it, including shipping costs.
